Return policy
Our return policy is simple...return any item for credit against a future purchase.
Cash refunds only given for defective or damaged merchandise which we cannot replace.
There is no re-stocking fee. If the item is defective or arrived damaged we will
replace the item(s) at our cost. We will be happy to exchange an item for any
reason within 10 days after receiving the merchandise so long as you ship it back
to us pre-paid, and the item(s) is returned in salable condition.
Damaged Shipment information
We pack our boxes very carefully. We have many years of experience doing this.
However, sometimes items get damaged. If UPS brings your package to you and it looks
damaged, re-taped with clear tape or otherwise unacceptable for delivery, you should
refuse the shipment and have UPS return it to us. By signing for the package you are
accepting the package in the condition received. If UPS leaves the package for you
without a signature and there is damage, PLEASE

us right away and keep all of the shipping materials. We will advise on how your
particular situation should or can be handled. All items that are shipped via
UPS are automatically insured. Don't worry, we will work with you to make sure you get
the item(s) you ordered, delivered to you as advertised. If you have any questions,
